Reading People Right

Reading People Right is about the silent signals we use to make sense of ourselves and the world around us. Every waking second the brain processes around 400 billion of these signals, yet we are consciously aware of only around 80. Which means our behaviour is mainly determined by factors over which we have no control and no conscious awareness.

It explains how these signals arise, the ways in which they shape our life and the degree to which they can be manipulated by others for their own commercial, political and social purposes. It will offer readers a practical guide as to why they think, feel and act as they do and, aided by these insights, to live a happier, more relaxed and more successful life.
