how I found the agency
"I came across the agency by chance, having responded to a newspaper article inviting submissions to the Biographers Club Prize, which Andrew founded. I hadn't previously sought representation as I was at the earliest stage of research and wrongly assumed that agents would require at least a couple of chapters for consideration. Andrew and I met, he offered to take me on and, liking him very much and impressed by his knowledge and efficiency, I was delighted to sign up. He helped turn my rambling proposal into a sellable piece and has been an absolute star ever since!'subscribe to agency's newsletter
