Tim has worked for many years in the London property market both as a sales negotiator and manager in two of the capital’s largest estate agents. He noticed that although the buying process was stressful for both the purchaser and vendor there was also a great deal of regret from buyers who delayed their decision to purchase or pulled out of deals.
